Frequently asked

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Edge → SettingsRestore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Edge Pro and Remove Ads will reactivate. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so there's nothing to transfer manually.
What's the difference between free, Remove Ads, and Edge Pro?
The entire 104-lesson course is free, metered by a daily energy limit and supported by ads. Remove Ads (one-time) clears the ads. Edge Pro (monthly, annual, or lifetime) removes the energy cap and all ads so you can practice unlimited, and unlocks Pro extras like the AI Coach and premium table themes.
What is "energy" and why did I run out?
Energy is a daily practice allowance on the free tier — it refills over time so you can come back each day. If you'd rather practice without the cap, Edge Pro removes it entirely.
How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to cancel or change your plan. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong, email us and we'll help.
I deleted the app — is my progress gone?
Edge stores your progress, streak, and stats only on your device, so deleting the app removes that data. Your purchases are safe with your Apple ID and can be restored anytime (see above).
What is the tracking prompt, and can I say no?
Yes — you can decline. Edge asks via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before using your advertising identifier for personalized ads. Decline and Edge works exactly the same; ads just become less personalized. You can change it anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. See our Privacy Policy.
Is this real-money gambling?
No. Edge is an educational trainer that uses play-money chips only — there's nothing to wager, win, or lose. It's rated 17+ because it simulates blackjack. Card counting itself is 100% legal.
